Why I Do This

I built this practice because I love this environment. Owner-led businesses are full of people who are passionate, successful, and have made extraordinary things happen through grit and hard work. And unlike larger organizations, when we decide to move, we move. There's no cruise ship to turn, no seven layers of leadership to align, no meetings to schedule meetings. That agility is one of the things I find most energizing about this work, and it's exactly where I want to do my best work.
